Preparation of sites for plant buildings, large shopping centers and industrial parks involves:

• concentration of construction capacities providing high earthwork rates over 50,000 m³ per day;
• optimization of excavated soil disposal using the «zero balance» approach through soil stabilization;
• functioning as the general contractor in case of multiple works.

 

Stabilization of waterlogged soil by application of mineral binders, using a mix-in-place method, to the bottom and body of the fills resulted in stability, shrink resistance and efficiency in site preparation. The use of high capacity equipment for soil stabilization provides high construction rates, even in unfavorable weather conditions.

 

Autobahn is also engaged in construction of water disposal and rainfall treatment systems, access roads to industrial facilities, etc.
