Presently, the Company is engaged in construction works of a unique multifunctional sports complex project: "Construction of motor racing tracks, parking lots, automobile tunnel and approach road at the following address: Moscow region, Volokolamsky district, on the south-east of the territory of "Chismensky" Production Agricultural Cooperative, near villages Vysokovo, Fedyukovo, Sheludkovo, on the land plot, total area 263,4 ha", according to Technical documentation, elaborated by German company "Tilke GmbH&Co.KG".

Works completion terms: 1.06.2010 – 30.11.2011. This facility is intended for sports events, vehicle speeds during which may exceed 170-180 km/h in certain segments. Alternating turns and straight segments, frequent acceleration loads allow making up to 311 km/h. The track route has twenty-one steering angles. The total length of the track is 3973,06 m, length of "start-finish" straight part – 462,62 m, length of  straight segments – 2833,99 m, length of curves in plan – 1139,07 m. Minimum radius of curve – 15 m, maximum – 200 m.
