On October 8, 2010 the acceptance of Stahl underhung crane, capacity 5 tons, was carried out in the territory of production facilities in Sofrino.

The underhung crane system is represented by crane runway made of H-section beams, along which the crane slide travels. The crane is controlled from a control panel, located at rigger's workplace.

For the period of construction of garage pavilion no provisions were made to install an overhead crane, since the area was designed as a warehouse. Later on it was decided to use for repairs of road-building machinery, where an overhead crane is necessary for repair works.

Following the examination of the existing reinforced concrete truss by IMIDIS Institute and making the required calculations a decision was made to install the crane runway on the suspended steel structures, to be fixed to the embedded parts and to the existing reinforced concrete truss by welding.

After renovation of production building it became possible to increase the volume of construction machinery repair works, which absolutely will impact on overall JV "Autobahn" production process.
