Upon completion of preparatory works, a large amount of the main construction and installation works was performed on site. 

These include:

• Stabilization of soft and unstable bottom soils, volume over 215,000 m²;
• Excavation in the areas intended for arrangement of track road dressing, volume about 180,000 m³ ;
• Laying of underground utilities (storm water and sanitary sewerage) – over 6200 running meters of pipelines;
• Construction of drainage systems (over 3,000 running meters);
• Bank for the natural grandstands made of loamy soil, volume over 200,000 m³;
• The sand body of track roadbed, volume over 600,000 m³.

High rate of works performance given their proper quality are ensured by employment of high-efficiency construction machinery (excavators, bulldozers, graders, etc.).
