A state contract was concluded on December 16, 2012 for construction of the 2^nd start-up facility of the detour around Ulianino village. The section as currently under construction will connect the traffic interchange on the 57^th km of highway M-5 Urals (1^st start-up facility) with Starnikovo-Tatarintsevo motor road and an access to highway M-5 Urals around the 69^th km of the highway. Construction of 1 bridge, 2 overhead crossings, 5 structures for connection of isolated territories are planned on the section. The quantity of fill comprises approximately 1.6 million cub. meters of soil. The works are planned to be completed in June 2013.
